Fit and sizing

Phone or visit. Lasts differ — the UK last used on the chelseas fits half a size large, and the Floyd last runs wider through the toe box than the Leo — so the answer depends on which boot you are asking about, and a two-minute call settles it.

Order status, returns, exchanges

Email support@rosedaleboots.com with your order number. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Repairs

Bring the boots to the counter during shop hours. We will look at them and tell you what is worth doing before anything is charged.

Visiting the shop

We are on Rosedale Highway. Parking is at the front. If you are coming specifically to try boots on, aim for a weekday morning — there is more room at the bench to measure properly.
