1. Who you are dealing with

Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction to order from us.

Orders are accepted at our discretion and we may decline one.

3. Prices and currency

All prices are in US dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout.

Prices can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you pay.

4. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods.

If an item cannot be supplied after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

5. Errors

Where a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund it rather than honour the error.

We will tell you before doing so.

6. Product descriptions and colour

We describe the goods as accurately as we can, and natural leather varies.

Most of what we sell is aniline or lightly finished leather, so grain, creasing and shade differ from hide to hide and from the photographs. That variation is a property of the material, not a defect, and is not on its own grounds for a claim — the 30-day return window in our Refund Policy covers you if the pair is not what you wanted.
