How much is shipping, and when is it free?
Standard shipping is $7.99, and it is free on orders over $70. Express shipping is $18.00. Both are quoted at checkout before you pay.
How long until my order arrives?
We process orders in 1–2 business days and carriers take 4–8 business days after that. Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific begin processing the next business day.
What is your return window?
30 days from delivery. Boots need to come back unworn and in their original box; you pay return shipping unless the error was ours, and there is no restocking fee.
How do I know what size to order?
Order your usual US size in most patterns, but the chelsea boots are built on the UK last, which fits half a size large — size down a half in those. The Floyd last has higher walls at the toe box than the Leo, so it gives the forefoot more room at the same length. If you are unsure, call (661) 831-3771 during shop hours.
Can these boots be resoled?
Yes — every boot we sell is Goodyear welted, which is what makes resoling possible. The sole is stitched to a leather welt rather than glued to the upper, so a repairer can cut the old sole off and stitch a new one on without taking the boot apart.
Why does the leather look different from the photographs?
Most of these hides are natural aniline or lightly finished leathers, so creasing and colour variation are expected rather than faults. Chromexcel and the waxed articles lighten wherever the boot flexes, kudu carries the animal's own scarring, and rough suede has a deliberately irregular nap. No two pairs age the same way.
Do you repair boots you did not sell?
Yes. Bring them to 12700 Rosedale Hwy during shop hours and we will tell you what is worth doing before anything is charged.
